Privacy Policy — PRBE Capital

This policy explains exactly what this website collects, why it collects it, and who else sees it. It describes what actually happens on these pages — not a template.

The short version. If you fill in a form here, we get your name, email and phone so we can send you what you asked for and talk to you about your file. We do not sell your information, and we do not put you on anyone else's list.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

What you type in. First name, email address, phone number, and any message you write into a form on this site.
What you buy. If you purchase, the payment itself is handled by Stripe. Your card number never reaches this website or our servers.
How you arrived and what you looked at. Standard web and advertising analytics: pages viewed, referring link, approximate region, device and browser type.

3. Why we collect it

To deliver the free checklist, the framework, or the bank list you requested.
To contact you about your credit or funding file when you have asked us to.
To measure which advertisements bring people who actually want help, so we stop paying for the ones that don't.

4. Who else receives it

Only the services required to make this site work:

Stripe — payment processing.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising measurement. The Meta Pixel on these pages reports events such as a page view, a lead, or a purchase. Where an email or phone number is passed for matching, it is hashed in your browser before it is sent — Meta does not receive it in readable form.
Calendly — if you book a call.
Google Fonts — typefaces used on these pages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or unrelated third parties.

5. Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technology for advertising measurement. You can turn off personalised advertising in your Meta ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not stop you from using this site or receiving anything you requested.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax, accounting and dispute-record purposes. When that period ends the record is deleted.

7. Your choices

Unsubscribe — every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
Stop texts — reply STOP to any message.
See it, correct it, or delete it — email or call us and ask. We will confirm who you are first, then do it.

8. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
