These terms apply to this website, the materials you download from it, and anything you purchase here. Using the site means you accept them.

1. What we are, and what we are not

PRBE Capital & Funding works on consumer and business credit files and on funding preparation. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We are not a bank or a lender, and nothing on this site is an offer of credit.

2. No guaranteed outcome

• We do not promise that any particular item will be removed from a credit report.
• We do not promise a specific score, a specific approval, or a specific dollar amount.
• Accurate, current information that belongs on a credit report will not be removed by anyone, including us.
• No approval or result is promised before the file has actually been reviewed.

3. Testimonials and results

Every video and every screenshot on this site is published with that client's permission and shows that client's own result. Individual results vary and are not typical of every file. They are not a prediction of what will happen with yours.

4. Educational materials and digital products

The checklist, the framework, the bank list and any other material offered here are educational. They are delivered digitally, immediately, and are licensed to you for your own use. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them. Because delivery is instant and the material cannot be returned once opened, digital purchases are final — if something did not deliver, contact us and we will fix it.

5. Fees

Any fee for services is set out in a written agreement before work begins. Nothing on this website by itself creates a client relationship or a fee obligation.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about yourself and your file.
• Do not submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.
• Use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

7. Our material is our property

The pages, methods, materials, videos and offers on this site are the confidential property of PRBE Capital. Copying, recording, distributing or reproducing them without permission is prohibited.

8. Communications

When you give us your phone number or email you are asking us to contact you about what you requested. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts; every email carries a working unsubscribe link. Message and data rates may apply.

9. Third-party links and services

Some links leave this site — a payment page, a scheduling page, a government or bureau website. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content or policies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PRBE Capital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of use of this site or the educational materials on it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
